We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.


Kids Class

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
5pm – 6pm

Here we teach kids the fundamentals of boxing including, footwork, cardio, agility and other various boxing drills and techniques. They will also learn jump rope exercises to help build leaner muscles and develop the rhythm that all boxers need. This class is for kids ages 8 to 13.


Open Gym

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
6:30pm – 9pm

Adult classes for beginners, amateurs and pros.
